TAVISTOCK Athletic Club is organising a Santa Fun Run and Mini-Run through the town streets on Friday, November 27.
Race organiser, Trevor Williams, is inviting people of all ages, whether runners or not, to don their Christmas fancy dress outfits and run the one and a half mile route for charity. Proceeds will be divided between Help for Heroes and the club's Track Fund.
Entry is £2 for under-16s, £3 for adults, and £1 for accompanied children on the mini-run.
Both races will start from the Guildhall car park just after the Christmas lights have been switched on, so be there around 7.10 for a 7.30pm start. There will be more details in next week's Times, or contact Trevor on 01822 615197 or email [email protected]">[email protected]
