I AM writing to implore West Devon Borough Council to reject applications by late night eating and drinking places for extensions to their opening hours. Where will it stop? Food establishments will always want that extra hour or so to catch those staggering out of the pubs at closing time. I, for one, have had enough of the ever-increasing noise, mess and petty vandalism. Name and address supplied
