Morwenstow 1 Okehampton U13s 23 OKEHAMPTON started the season with a roar, the final score could have been a rugby score! Okehampton attacked from the start and Andy Milton started the scoring very early on. Next came two more from Harry Smith and Brad Ausden. Four more goals were added by Corey Burns, Luke Aldin and Tom Boother to make it 0-7 at half time. As the second half began Luke made a lovely run and coolly slotted Okehampton?s eighth goal home. Three more goals followed in quick succession giving Brad his hat-trick and Andy his 2nd. Harry quickly followed with another 2 to give him 3 goals. Seven more goals followed, with Luke Jefferies scoring his first for Okehampton. Morwenstow were given a reprieve from a mistake by Okehampton to make it 1-19. Okehampton were then awarded a penalty with new signing Alex Donnelly calmly slotting it home. Brad got his double hat trick with 2 more goals to finish the game 1-23 to Okehampton.
