THERE will be film, song and laughs at Callington CAVe when TV personality Isla St Clair and film-maker Patrick King present 'Heroes and Villains' on October 19.

Isla will take the audience on a journey down memory lane, singing about the good and bad folk of the past. Her nostalgic selection of characters from folk songs and the early days of television are full of surprises, wit and emotion.

Joining Isla will be film maker Patrick King, who will take everyone in search of the screen baddies. Unique film clips from old Westerns, gangster movies and even cartoon villains, are interwoven with his personal and humorous insight into contemporary villainy, gained from working as an investigative journalist on series such as the award winning 'Cook Report'.

Heroes and Villains offers a new and refreshing style of entertainment and humour and will take place in Callington Town hall at 8pm.
