A team of 12 year 5 and 6 children from St Peter's Junior School, Tavistock, joined five other teams from Buckland Monachorum, Whitchurch and Mary Tavy for an indoor athletics competition at Tavistock College. The event was organised by Tavistock Athletic Club.  All the children competed with enthusiasm and team spirit and St Peter's finished third, qualifying for the next round of challenges at Okehampton.  The St Peter's team expressed thanks to Tavistock Athletic Club for organising the fun-filled afternoon.
