I WOULD like to write a few words in praise of Tavistock Town Hall and the facilities that are on offer there.

Where else could you find such a splendid hall to hire at such reasonable rates compared to the cost of private venues available for hire?

However, in addition to the venue itself, there is also the additional extra benefit of the friendly, helpful attitude of Bob Cridland's staff and I have always been impressed by the standard of service at any event I have been involved in there.

I believe it is a resource that Tavistock should be proud of!
