TWELVE months after having a new roof and ventilation fitted, Kelly College Swimming Pool has now installed a new filtration system. The pool was closed for one week during August to allow time for the existing filters to be removed and install the new ones. Clare Short, the pool manager, said: ?We have been waiting for a long time to make improvements in our pool plant, but with major commitments with our squad we have been unable to close until now. ?We have already had so many compliments regarding the water clarity, it is amazing. ?I am confident that the waiting and all the hard work will prove very worthwhile.?
