I?WAS?so surprised by just how terrible the celebrations in?Tavistock for the Diamond Jubilee were — overpriced fairground rides, double the normal Goose Fair price.

The idea of a film seemed a good one, but then there were no activities for children. I thought they would have had some games or something arranged.

Definitely a poorly arranged celebration and expensive when so many of us have limited money to spare.
