OKEHAMPTON Carnival Committee is looking for boys and girls to enter its Prince and Princess competition for 2010.

Couples must be between the ages of four and eleven on carnival day.

Carnival Queen entries are also requested and entrants should be 12 years or over on the day.

Entries must give names, ages, addresses and a contact telephone number and parents must indicate consent by signing the entry for any child under 16.

Entries for both competitions should be handed in to Krafty Cards in Red Lion Yard.

The committee are happy to offer any advice regarding the construction of a float if required and a trailer is available for both royalty floats if needed.

Parents should be aware that attendance at other local carnivals will be expected.

The closing date for entries is on Monday, May 17 at noon.

The Carnival will be held on Saturday, October 16.
