I JUST wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has volunteered to knit purple pansies for November for Pancreatic Cancer Action.

I have been so humbled by the amount of people wanting to get involved, some of whom have been affected by pancreatic cancer. Yarns of West Street, Tavistock has volunteered to be a collection point for the knitted pansies.

Are there any shops and businesses out there who would be willing to be decorated with a purple pansy garland in November and maybe take a collection box for the month? Your support would be gratefully received as this heinous cancer is in desperate need of funding as the survival rate is still 4% even after 40 years.
