A LEADERSHIP development trainer and coach working with senior police officers is the speaker at the next meeting of women's group Taste and See.

Tania West's talk is entitled Life Laundry: De-cluttering our emotional life. This entertaining, thought-provoking exploration is about what it takes to de-clutter emotional life and embrace a freer and more fulfilled future.

Tania West is married with four grown up children and actively involved in the Exeter Community Family Trust, a charity she co-founded with her husband and friends. The ECFT exists to promote and strengthen marriage through marriage preparation and enrichment programmes and a soon to be launched Explore programme in schools.

The talk is on Monday, October 5 at 7.30pm in the Ordulph Arms. Tickets, £9 for a two-course dinner, including vegetarian option, are available from Georgina'a Pets, West Street, or from Linda Medland on 01822 615940.

Taste and See is open to all women of any age and is organised by a committee representing the churches in the Tavistock area.
