LAST week my husband and myself decided to see the 1pm performance of the film 'War Horse'. We were surprised to find that West Devon Borough Council has changed the parking time limit at the Waitrose Car Park from four hours to three.

As the duration of the film was over three hours, the last ten minutes was spoilt because we were concerned that the time limit would run out.

Does the borough council want the public to patronise Okehampton or not? Please do not suggest using the Mill Road car park as it is too far for some elderly people to walk.
