THOUSANDS of cyclists took to the steep hills and lanes of West Devon last Sunday, on one of the hottest days of the year, as they took on the Dartmoor Classic Cyclosportive event.

The riders made their way across Dartmoor from Kingsbridge for the race, which was raising funds for ShelterBox and World Cycle Relief.
