FAIRPLACE church will mark the beginning of Holy Week with a special words and music programme.

The evening will be held on Palm Sunday, March 28 at 6.30pm.

The theme will continue with a performance of John Stainer's The Crucifixion by members of the choral society and Fairplace Choir and will be held on Wednesday, March 31 at 7.30pm.

Everyone is welcome — entry is free, but a collection will be taken for church funds.
