A HOLIDAY company in Chagford has announced its sponsorship of one of the walks at this year's Fal River Walking Festival in Cornwall.

Helpful Holidays, a West Country self-catering cottage agency, will sponsor the walk from St Mawes, passing St Mawes Castle, taking place from October 19 to November 4.

Helen Hayes, Helpful Holidays' PR manager, said: 'There's a selection of walks to choose from which will suit everyone - guided walks, self-guided walks, ones that are good for families and dogs and many more, covering the Falmouth, Truro and Helford Passage areas.'
