AT Tavistock Cricket Club on a beautiful Saturday afternoon there was no quarter given on the field – or expected – when a Vicars' XI, led by the Rev Michael Brierley, took on a Readers' XI. It was great to see all ages taking part in a match that saw the Readers XI reach 65 all out. The winners were the Vicars XI, with a few wickets to spare.
