THE Heart Foundation is holding its annual flag day on Friday August 15 and desperately needs cash collectors.
The event will take place in Bedford Square from 11am to 3pm and British Heart Foundation pens, pencils and general knickknacks will be on sale.
This important day for the charity?s Tavistock branch receives terrific support and helps to raise much needed funds.
Holidays and illness have meant the organisers are short of collectors to rattle tins in the town this year and they would be #grateful to hear from anyone with an hour or so to spare to help out on the day, especially between noon and 2pm.
