Tavistock 1st 1 Bridport Hawks 2 TAVISTOCK hockey team was weakened by missing players through availability and injury. With their captain out Neil Kelly stepped up to the occasion by pulling off some dynamic saves. Tavistock started well with the speedy legs of Tom Honey and Nick Andrews linking well to produce the first goal of the match. Tavistock were on top throughout the first half. The tables turned in the second half with Bridport levelling the scores through a well struck short corner. In the latter stages of the second half Tavistock started to tire and the well structured back four consisting of the engine of the team, Wilson started to run out of fuel.
