IN driving rain and a strong wind the ball was continually in the air and uncontrollable.

Bere settled, played the ball on the ground and carved St Dennis to pieces. One-touch football put Steve Daymond clear to score.

St Dennis caught Bere cold from the kick-off and a long ball was converted to equalise.

Rob Hawkins put Daymond clear to score and he completed his hat trick. Lee Underwood intercepted a goal kick and ran through to score.

Bere ran the second half and Rob Hawkin beat five players in the six-yard box to play the ball to Underwood to score.
