TAVISTOCK?S Arnie Searle scored his third 119 not out in the last three weeks as Tavistock storm 20 points clear of Devon Cricket League A. Playing away to Shoebrooke Park, Tavistock made heavy weather with wayward bowling from Andili and Peter Jones, finishing on 239 all out on a wicket which appeared to be more difficult as the game went on. Searle and Jones opened the batting for Tavistock, and put together a magnificent stand of 171, Jones eventually out for 77. Searle was joined by Kevin Willcock who saw the game home, gaining Tavistock another good result and 20 points.
