WEST Devon residents are being asked to keep an eye open for an 11-month old puppy which went missing in the Princetown area on Tuesday, November 25.

Owner Mark Curry from Amesbury was working on the mast at North Hessary Tor when Lulu ran off. Lulu, a brown Patterdale x Jack Russell, is chipped and was last seen by walkers near King Tor at lunch time on Tuesday, November 25.

On Saturday Mark, his wife Carol and their two children went to Princetown, Yelverton and Tavistock armed with posters to ask people to keep the family informed if anyone sees their puppy.

Carol, Mark's wife, said: 'My two children are so upset she has gone. As you can imagine we are all totally gutted.'

As Times went to press the Curry family still had no news on the whereabouts of Lulu and asked that people in the area check outhouses and farm buildings. They also thank Princetown resident Maureen Rolls for her help. Anyone who has information should call Carol on 07717832351. A reward is being offered for her safe return.
