THIS year, the Christmas play of the Inspiration Church will have an unusual twist.

Instead of the normal Nativity, the play will be called 'The Grumpy Innkeeper's Unusual Day', and will tell the traditional Christmas story from the innkeeper's point of view.

The morning of fun and laughter takes place at the Charter Hall on Sunday December 18 from 11am to 12.30pm. Soup and rolls, mince-pies and cream are all being provided free.

Guests are also asked to consider dressing up as a character from the nativity story to get in the festive spirit.
