CHILDREN in West Devon had a roaring time during the holidays at a summer S:CAPE club week.
More than 100 children enjoyed an action-packed and fun-filled week long holiday club at Tavistock Methodist Church during the school holidays.
Following the theme of the bible story of Daniel and the Lions, each day included fun, games, challenges, stories, teamwork, singing, craft and activities to suit all.
The S:CAPE Holiday Club, for children between five and 11, is held during the school summer holidays each year.
Run by the family work team at Tavistock Methodist Church, the holiday club is always the end of term finale after a term of many varied clubs, activities, events and services.
Chris Harding, who led the week, said: 'It has been a fantastic week.
'To learn about God and see how the lessons from the bible are so relevant for us today whether we're adults or children is amazing. We've all had so much fun!'
