THIS was a great start to the season for the U15s. Ben Cole had a great game upfront for Kelly and with James Davies and Matt Earp working tirelessly in midfield it seemed impossible for Wellington to break through. The odd occasion that they did the defence of Kelly held strong with Kyle Telford and Dan Goldstone making strong tackles.

THE Kelly boys leading from the start. There was some strong positional play from the boys and with Josh Walker having some one on ones with the keeper it was not long before he scored. Tommy Dyer held strong in defence and with Lewis Phillips-Crowther and Jonny Ball working hard in midfield it was a well deserved result and a fine start to what should be a promising season.

ALL the Kelly boys worked extremely hard to get the score line to 1-1 at half-time. The second half saw Kelly battling for their well deserved win with Toby Stanyer and Ben Grove scoring the winning last goals.
