THE Tavistock Friends of Cancer Research UK are holding a grand charity sale in the town hall next week.

All donations of unwanted Christmas gifts, bric-a- brac, books, cakes, preserves etc will be very welcome at the sale, between 10am and 4pm on February 5.

Donations can be taken to the hall on the day or, if this is not possible, contact Val McCarthy on 01822 860484 to discuss arrangements for a pick up point. Volunteers are also welcome.
