A WEST Devon village has been the victim of vandalism recently and police are appealing for witnesses to come forward with information.
Police have received a number of reports of graffiti sprayed in several areas around Horrabridge.
Vandals defaced houses, walls, the village's bus stop, road surfaces and a water treatment box in the early hours of Wednesday August 25.
PC Dave Pickles said: 'There are two different styles of graffiti.
'One is flowery, red writing and the other is blue writing in block capitals.'
Two arrests have been made but police are asking anyone who may have seen anything to contact PC Dave Pickles or PCSO Rob Walsh at Tavistock Police Station quoting crime reference number JT/10/886 or speak to them in person on their rounds.
PC Pickles said: 'All information given will be treated in confidence.
'We know the community would dearly like these people to be dealt with.'
