NICHOLAS Boot-Handford from Bere Alston was last week awarded a first class honours degree in sports and exercise science from Worcester University. Nick attended Bere Alston Primary School and moved to Kelly College to study for his GCSEs and A-level examinations. He is now working as a sports lab technician at Worcester and intends to begin his masters degree next year.
