Tavistock U15s 17 Okehampton 15s 5 THE Tavistock side were very short of players due to injury so it was decided to play 12 a side with two Okehampton players playing for Tavistock. As such the game was not as serious as it could have been but it was still a good run out for all the players. The game was very tight near the start but Okehampton managed to make some space out wide and Josh Ware went close in the corner. Tavistock came back with some excellent tackling rucking and mauling to slowly gain dominace in the loose and this resulted in two tries in the first half, one by Okehampton?s Matt Webber against his own team! The second half was a more even affair as Okehampton managed to secure more ball but better finishing from Tavistock saw them score their third try under the posts. Eventually Okehampton managed to spread the ball wide and were rewarded with a try as Josh Ware sprinted through in the corner.
