North Okes U13 34 Tavistock U13 7 WITH regular scrum half James Ewen away it was Cameron Rickerby playing in this position for the first time who stood in and played very well. Andrew North opened the scoring with a charged down kick which he followed up to score. North then added the conversion. With the North Okes forwards on a roll Will Hawkins, on one of his now familiar runs, drove through the middle of the opposition to score. The back row of Merrick Kirby, James Speak and Robert Stepto again were key and just before half time Stepto jinked his way over the line. On the restart Tavistock fought back and scored a well deserved try. North Okes then regained the ascendancy with strong runs from Darcy Heard, Luke Miller and Jack Phayre and tries from James Speak and a second for Stepto and North.
