MEMBERS of staff at Somerfield in Tavistock have raised funds for St Luke's Hospice by 'going yellow'.

The St Luke's 'Go Yellow' campaign runs throughout June, but the staff at Somerfield couldn't wait that long to put on their brightest yellow clothing. Workers dressed up in yellow earlier this month and then held a cake stall raising a total of £273.18.

Throughout June, St Luke's will be encouraging its supporters to 'Go Yellow' and hold imaginative fundraising events with yellow as the theme, as it represents the colour of the National Hospice Movement, the sunflower.
