WANT to give running a go, coming back from injury or just want to get fit? Then maybe track sessions at Tavistock College are for you.

They are aimed at all abilities and ages simply come along to any Saturday morning at 9.30am, where you will be made welcome by Dotty Allan, a UK Athletics level three endurance coach. 

The ladies only sessions are on a Saturday morning from 9.30am to 10.30am and are open to all abilities and beginners can join at any time.  

Sessions for men recommence at 8pm on Monday, May 9. 

These sessions will also include some road/moor runs. 

All sessions cost £2 (free to Tavistock Athletic club members) with all proceeds going towards the track maintenance fund.
