THE Tavistock branch of the Muscular Dystrophy (MD) Campaign recently held its annual New Year get-together at the town's Methodist Chapel.
After visiting the town and playing a variety of games, youngsters with MD enjoyed a tea party and took the chance to present 'thank you' certificates to the many organisations and individuals who raised money towards their 2008 holiday.
The branch expressed thanks to everyone who had arranged, helped with, and supported fundraising events and collections throughout 2008.
