ON Saturday April 11 the town had the misfortune of having a power cut on one of the busiest Easter Saturdays, which took out all the traffic lights,
Did we all panic and think to ourselves 'What will we do?'
We got on with it in an orderly style, cars were letting people out drivers did the same for somebody else.
Looking at the situation of town's traffic lights problem, and the large queues of traffic, the answer is, get rid of the lights and get a roundabout.

It works in Tavistock, why not here? Most of all it keeps the traffic flowing, and you can still have zebra crossing points.
