A GET Active fun weekend will take place at Tavistock's Meadowlands Leisure Pool and Okehampton Parklands Leisure Centre at the end of June.

Harpers Fitness, which runs the two centres, is supporting the Fitness Industry Association's More Active for Life campaign by hosting the family fun weekend on June 27 and 28.

Designed to help people take the first step in becoming more active more often, families will receive a free day pass to their local centre, a free personal training session and a six-week gym-based activity programme, which can be downloaded from the Harpers Fitness website at http://www.harpersfitness.co.uk">www.harpersfitness.co.uk
