THANKS to the generosity of Mike and Anne Inman, who loaned the use of their beautiful garden for a family garden open day in aid of the RNLI.?It provided an enjoyable day for more than 100 people.

A total of £557 was raised for the lifeboats from various activities, including an art and craft exhibition, RNLI souvenir stall, treasure hunt for children and refreshments.

The fundraising committee for the Tavistock District branch of the RNLI is in need of volunteers — you do not have to get wet to save lives at sea.
