FIREFIGHTERS were called to wash away fuel after a collision at Batteridge Hill in Peter Tavy last Thursday. One crew from Tavistock attended just after 9.30am. On arrival, firefighters received a call that a car was on its roof but the passengers were out of the car and had been taken to hospital by ambulance staff. Firefighters made the scene safe by washing down and waited for a recovery vehicle to attend the scene.
