REGISTERED charities are being offered free stalls at next month's Tavistock Goose Fair.
The generous offer comes from Harewood House day centre, which has made a number of pitches available to be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
This year's Goose Fair will be held on Wednesday, October 10. Harewood will provide pitches for a table top sale in its car park. The day centre will be running its own table-top stall to raise money for sensory stimulation equipment.
Maggie Hogarth, manager at Harewood, said clients at the day centre thoroughly enjoyed mini table-top sales regularly held there.
She hoped young as well as old would be able to experience the spirit of Goose Fair and pick up a memento of the day at the sale.
