The Pullins will be set off on Saturday to raise money for the charity Help for Heroes by participating in a 4x4 challenge drive from Salisbury Plain across Europe to Bavaria, following the route of Easy Company from the book and television series 'Band of Brothers'.

This non-speed touring assembly, with a maximum entry of 45 teams, is part military history tour, including museums etc, fun activities, part off-road driving and part club-type social, open to road-legal 4x4 vehicles.

The event started in North Wiltshire and is a 2,000 mile expedition, travelling through six countries in eleven days, concluding in Bavaria, Germany.
