TWO local charities have benefitted from the success of the Bridestowe and Sourton Follies? production of the pantomime ?Robin Hood? held in February.

Sourton Village Hall received £300 and £150 went to Bridestowe Village Hall Committee towards its new hall fund.

The Follies are going from strength to strength with an increasing membership and more young people becoming involved.

There was standing room only for the Robin Hood production and this coming season the Follies will be offering an extra matinee performance and the possibility of a play in September.

New talent is always being sought by the group, either in front of the curtain or behind, and anyone who is interested can phone 01837 861225.
