WEST Devon chefs and eating establishments will be taking part in Plymouth city centre?s first major regional food and drink festival.
The Flavour Fest will run from August 20 to 22 in Armada Way. There will be demonstrations by Peter Gorton from the Horn of Plenty at Gulworthy and Tina Bricknell-Webb from Percy?s Country House at Virginstowe, together with other national and regional chefs, including James Martin and Chris and James Tanner from Ready Steady Cook.
There will also be demonstrations of the latest culinary gadgets and recipe and barbeque hints. More than 50 South West food and drink producers are expected to attend the street market included in the event, where visitors will have the opportunity to try and buy products from Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
