ROB Long at No 8 ran in five tries and Will Heard at scrum-half darted into the corner to score the sixth, with Carl Poynton converting three in a good team performance.

Okehampton defended well in the first half playing up the pitch into the wind and Cullompton could only manage one try after a long spell of pressure.

The second half was almost all Okehampton play. Carl Poynton at fly half kicking deep into the Cullompton half with good chasing by Tom Browne, David Binns, Jake Chisholm and Alex Vincent catching man and ball and the forwards of Scott Simpson, Tom McGratton, Stuart Bennie, Luke Crocker, Sam Bullingham, Mike Aylen and Rory Honeychurch winning the rucks and driving on to set-up long to crash over and score.
