FIRE crews were called to a road traffic collision on the B3215 at Appledore Hill, Sampford Courtenay, last Friday (January 16).
A crew from Okehampton and a crew from North Tawton attended the incident just before 10pm, where they found a car had skidded on the icy road and gone into a hedge.
All persons were free and clear of the vehicle upon the crews arrival.
They made the vehicle safe and left the incident in the hands of the police.
