THE Tamar Passenger Ferry, which operates during the summer, may run on an ad hoc basis from Easter if the weather and tidal conditions are suitable.
The ferry, which runs between Calstock, Ferry Farm, Bere Alston and Cotehele Quay, will start operations officially on Saturday, May 24 with the first ferry leaving Calstock at 11.30am and the last leaving Cotehele at 5.30pm.
Details of those and any extra sailings can be obtained by ringing 01822 833331. Information will be left on the answerphone when the office is closed.
