AS part of their commitment to Healthwatch Devon, the Okehampton and Tavistock branches of the Citizens Advice Bureau are currently collecting people's experiences — both good and bad — about health and social care services.

The feedback is being shared with those who design, plan and provide health and social care services in Devon and gives a voice to users of services who would like to see things changed for the better or be maintained as they are.

Anyone who would like to complete a feedback form or speak to an advisor, can contact Okehampton and Tavistock Citizens Advice Bureau's Healthwatch advisor, Jenny, who can be contacted through dropping into the bureau or by leaving a message on 01822 619751.

Contact details are not required but if supplied will be treated as strictly confidential.

CAB is interested in the positive stories as well as the negative stories. Feedback forms are available in bureau waiting rooms.

The CAB is an independent charity and is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in Tavistock, from 10am to 2pm, and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in Okehampton from 10am to 2pm.
