STAFF and residents gathered at Venn House Residential Home to say thanks and bid farewell to Cook Carole Crockford, who retired after 12 years of excellent service in the kitchen.

Carole was presented with a picture from the home owners and the staff and residents decided she was too young for a bus pass and so presented her with a bicycle.
