ON August 3, Sian, the organiser of Tavistock Vintage Fair, allowed us to collect donations on behalf of Tavistock Parkinsons Support Group. I would like to thank Sian and the generous people who helped us to raise £185.20.

On August 10 we held our annual street collection and people again supported the group by donating £185.50. Thank you to all the collection and the generous residents and visitors, of Tavistock.

The money will be going towards a visit, with afternoon tea, to a local plant nursery. I know this will be much appreciated by the group members.

THANKS to all the public and traders alike who attended the ninth Tavistock Vintage Fair — £185 was raised for Tavistock Parkinson's Group on the door and 1,132 people looked at the town hall vintage stalls and marquees in the square.
