FOUR girls from the Mid Devon Hunt Pony Club entered the East Cornwall triathlon at the weekend and they all produced some encouraging results.
Emily Colling had her best shoot of the year in the junior girls class. She has had a busy few weeks, having entered all six of the 'Winter League' competitions and has done really well to finish in the middle of the class.
In the mini girls, Lily Earp added eight metres to her swim personal best, while in the nine and under class Lauren Northway finished ninth after adding 10 metres to her PB. Maddie Earp was competing in only her second Triathlon and did well to improve her scores in all three phases. She and Lauren were part of the team that came fourth in their class.
