Event was a cantering success for charities!

WE would like to thank everyone who helped us raise money towards the Boys? and Girl?s Welfare Society, also the Tavistock Colts.

The charity horse racing night, which was held on Saturday June 5 at the Duke of York, was a fun filled evening. The event managed to raise £472.50 for the BGWS and £224.4 for the Tavistock Colts. The money for the Colts will be helping towards buying the under 11s football team a new kit.

Local businesses that helped support the event were: Tavistock Spar, Ellis Bakery, Jag Communication, Drakes of Tavistock, Howard Moule, King Construction, and also Dartmouth Midi Skips.

Thanks to these businesses and the local community the event was a cantering success!
