A MAN who escaped from police arrest in March in Gunnislake could still be hiding out in the Tamar Valley, officers said this week.

Police used various techniques to try and detain 42-year-old Christian Forlani, including incapacitant spray a Tasar but he escaped from rear gardens of Russell Close into woods nearby.

PC Darren Clatworthy said the man could still be in the Calstock or Gunnislake areas where he has friends. Christian Forlani is wanted for questioning into an alleged assault on a juvenile but is not thought to be dangerous.
