THE National Garden Scheme each year (NGS), welcomes more than half a million visitors, raising funds for a wide range of charities.
As a long-standing supporter of the scheme, Andrew's Corner, on Skaigh Lane in Belstone, will be opening its garden gate for all to enjoy the splendor of spring in a spectacular, tranquil moorland setting.
There will be refreshments and plants for sale at the open garden on Sunday, May 2 and Monday, May 3 from 2.30pm until 5.30pm.
Entry is £3 for adults and free to children. For further information on the scheme, or Andrew's Corner openings, phone Robin and Edwina Hill on 01837 840332. Gardens open under the scheme are listed at the Thursday morning café in Belstone.
Information on all NGS gardens can also be found on the website at http://www.ngs.org.uk">www.ngs.org.uk
